Getting hired in Michigan
As far as we know, Michigan doesn't license phlebotomists, so employers set their own requirements. Most ask for a high school diploma and a background check, and many ask for or prefer a national certification such as ASCP PBT, NHA CPT, AMT RPT or NCCT NCPT. Plasma and blood donor centers often hire without experience and train you.
